Founded in 1999, AF2 began with a clear vision: to become a key player in the pet accessories market. We started by producing high-quality accessories for pets, including bedding and saddlery.
From early on, innovation has been at our core. We were among the first to introduce groundbreaking concepts to pet bedding, including smart beds, microencapsulated fabrics, memory foams, orthopedic beds, and PCM (Phase Change Material) solutions that actively manage temperature for ultimate pet comfort. We also integrated advanced materials like aramid fibers into our pet accessories for enhanced durability and strength, and developed odor-stop beds. This commitment to cutting-edge solutions truly set us apart.
A significant milestone came more recently, driven by the challenges of the pandemic. Recognizing our customers’ logistical hurdles, we swiftly adapted and expanded our product range to include plush toys, scratchers and garden furniture cushions. This flexibility allowed us to continue serving our clients effectively during a critical time.
Today, we’re proud of our independent operations and our ability to serve customers of all sizes across Europe. Our commitment to our partners is evident in our logistics: 3 full trucks making the journey across the Mediterranean Sea every single week! With an export capacity of over 500,000 beds per year, we are a trusted partner in the industry. We’ve proven our versatility by successfully handling orders for both hard discounters (with a single order of thousands of products) and high-end clients, all within the same week.
